What is a Trustor?

The trustor has many different name for example in the United Kingdom is called settlor and in the U.S. It's called grantor, also they have the same meaning as trustor the following creator, donor, initiator, owner or trust maker. The trustor is a people or a financial institution which gives out property to protect or manage for a trustee or trustees.

And by this move the trustor will be gaining immediate or long term profits. In most of the cases the trustor doesn't have to be identified because the trustor might even be a trustee.
