What is Trust deed?

The term trust deed is also used as trust document or trust instrument. This is written document which transfers the ownership rights of a property from the trustor to the trustee. In this document the trustor can specify a couple of things like: what kind of requirements are needed for the termination of the deed, or what it has to be done for expand the trustee's rights. A legal will can also be considered as a trust deed.
