Power of Attorney

What is Power of Attorney?

The power of attorney is a legal document which gives a person called the agent limited all full authority of another persons business. Usually this document is granted to those who are in the close family of the principal or are trusted and tested friends of him. For this document to be valid it has to be notarized. Making this document could be a good idea if you end up in a state in which you can’t make decisions by your self alone, or have a serious disability. Then the attorney will take full control of your financials. This document can be destroyed if the principal is still fully capable and can make decisions.
