Ownership

What is Ownership?

The ownership right it’s the most powerful one that can be obtained and there are only of a handful of limitations what a person can do if he has already obtained this right. A person can grab a hold of this right by a lawful claim or title. And the most common perks he will receive with this right is to occupy, rent, sell property, use, give away or even destroy real-estate.

There are two types of ownership rights in use: corporeal and incorporeal. The corporal one is associated with tangible objects like house or land. The incorporeal one is associated with intangible objects such as copyright or the right to recover debt. It’s important to know that possession as thinking about tenancy doesn’t mean ownership rights in every occasion because the title of the building in question isn’t always transferred.
