Disclaimer is also called as hedge clause. Now days disclaimers can be found everywhere in the finance business more accurately most reports concerning finances contain disclaimers. Disclaimer means that the author or authors won’t take any responsibility for the errors or oversights which are contained in the report. Usually analyst reports and company press releases have disclaimers.
